SUMMER MENU

We love coming up with delicious cake flavours and pairings. Some of these will change and rotate with the seasons as different produce becomes available. 

All cakes have the option of being finished with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream which is perfect for keeping off-white or adding colour for vintage piping cakes. An alternative flavoured Swiss meringue buttercream with be offered for each flavour. This goes well with monochrome vintage piping cakes or abstract squiggle cakes in the listed colour.

Vanilla and Strawberry Rhubarb

Vanilla sponge, strawberry rhubarb jam and vanilla whip. Option for strawberry buttercream (light pink with flecks). 

Chocolate and Caramel

Chocolate buttermilk cake, chocolate crème fraîche mousse and buttery salted caramel. Option for chocolate buttercream (dark brown).

Coconut and Pineapple

Coconut sponge with pineapple lime jam and tangy cream cheese whip. Option for coconut buttercream (off-white).

Olive Oil and Lemon

Olive oil sponge with lemon curd and mascarpone mousse. Option for olive oil buttercream (very light pale yellow). 

Pandan and Raspberry

Pandan chiffon cake with raspberry preserves and vanilla whip. Option for raspberry buttercream (light pink with flecks).

Fig Leaf and Stone Fruits

Olive oil chiffon cake, roasted summer stone fruits & fig leaf creme diplomat. Option of fig leaf buttercream (light green).
